New food service at the Gallery

Starting Monday May 29, 2017, Gourmet Cuisine will become the Gallery’s exclusive provider of premier food, beverage, catering and concession services.

To ensure transition work, the Cafétéria des Beaux-Arts will be closed to the public from Monday, May 29 to Wednesday May 31st inclusively. In the interim, an expanded light food service will be provided at the Scotiabank Great Hall Café daily from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm. NGC members and volunteers will benefit from a 20% discount* at the Café during this period.

The Cafétéria des Beaux-Arts will re-open on Thursday, June 1 at 9:30 am. Gourmet Cuisine will offer NGC members and volunteers a 20% discount* on all food & drink at the cafeteria on that day.

*Alcoholic beverages excluded.

Cafétéria des Beaux-Arts

NGC Members enjoy 10% discount on food at the cafeteria, with minimum purchase of $5.

Located at the end of the Concourse off the Great Hall, and across from the Contemporary galleries, this beautifully appointed room has its own glass rotunda, access to a private patio and an inspiring view of Nepean Point, the Ottawa River and Parliament Hill. The Cafeteria is designed to serve families and groups in an informal, self-service atmosphere. Choose from three daily specials, salad and dessert bars, made-to-order sandwiches and more. Situated near the Gallery's Tour Group Lobby, and enjoying private access to a tree-filled sunken courtyard, Sketches' vending machines supplement brown-bag lunch offerings.
