Who Am I?: Grade 4-6
After the discussion, encourage your students to analyze the components they have brought in, to experiment with them to see how they interact with one another, and to make a few sketches.
Ask the students to modify their components. Cut out and/or include painting, drawing, and/or writing on the photos. Cut shapes out of the cloth, attach components with string, glue components together to form a new one?
Preparation of the cardboard that will be used as the support (painting, collage, cutouts).
Ask the students to analyze different options before gluing their components permanently onto the cardboard. When they are satisfied with their arrangement, they can proceed.
Signing and titling the work: Give each student a label and ask them to write on it the title of the artwork, the name of the artist, and the materials used to create the work.
