An announcement of a film series accompanying the Canadian Painting in the Thirties exhibition at the Glenbow Art Gallery. The series includes The World of David Milne, Frederick Varley, Canadian painter and a film about Arthur Lismer. The film about David Milne includes his letters and paintings and traces the development of his style. Another film shows Varley?s return to his Toronto studio, his canvases as well as the artist painting. The film about Arthur Lismer, a member of the Group of Seven, emphasizes his contribution to art education and to contemporary Canadian art as well as showing children learning at the Montreal Art Centre.
